Chance, one of their techs, came over soon. I was told by others that I would need a new furnace. I called Varsity to get a 2nd opinion. Glad I did as I didn’t need a new furnace. It was a safety switch that needed replacing. Much, much cheaper than a whole new unit. Chance was very informative & polite. I will use them again.
