Before founding Varsity Zone HVAC of Tampa, Camden built a career in investment banking and private equity, gaining deep experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. He brings that disciplined, analytical background to Varsity Zone—streamlining operations, elevating customer experience, and driving long-term growth.

Camden’s passion for home services started in high school while working for his mother’s restoration company, where he learned firsthand the value of reliability, craftsmanship, and customer care.

Camden and his wife, Katie, are proud and active members of the Tampa community. Camden graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's and Master's degree in finance.

Kevin has 30 years of HVAC industry experience and previously owned and operated two successful HVAC businesses in Southwest Florida. He leads Varsity Zone HVAC of Tampa's install and service divisions. Kevin is dedicated to high quality workmanship and doing right by customers. He enjoys boating, fishing, reading, and spending time with family in his free time. 

With over 10 years of experience within the HVAC/R career field, Jesse has been able to cultivate experience as a technician in both residential and commercial settings. He gained his experience from serving in the United States Air Force as an HVAC Technician, and continues to serve in the Air Force Reserves. Jesse is dedicated to educating customers, providing them with an excellent customer experience, and giving them the best solution for their home.
