I would recommend Varsity Zone to anyone experiencing an HVAC issue. I had a nightmare situation with my new home, and the Varsity team was incredibly thorough. Kyle talked through my different options in terms of an inspection, giving me a very straightforward answer as to his recommendations. Something I appreciated about his communication in particular was that he would tell me when he was confident about something vs. an assumption about what was happening with my system. When it came time for the estimate, he put two different estimates together depending on how severe my issue was, and thankfully the less costly option ended up being the solution I needed.
I nothing but great things to say about everyone that worked on my home like Kim, Matt, and the crew. They were great at explaining what they were finding, the work they were doing, and answering any questions I had.
The quote was a little higher than the other estimate I received from another company, but I promise it was worth it because of the quality of work and people at every part of the company helping you.
