I have an older home with multiple HVAC units, so I’ve worked with several service companies over the years. This was, without question, the most thorough inspection and maintenance service I’ve ever experienced. The technician took the time to carefully evaluate every part of the system, identifying areas that needed attention as well as gaps that had likely been affecting performance for years. Rather than rushing through a routine check, they methodically optimized each unit and explained what they were seeing along the way, which gave me a great deal of confidence in the work being done. The result has been remarkable—our HVAC system is running more efficiently and consistently than it ever has. Even more impressive was the value. Given the time, detail, and expertise involved, I would have expected the service to cost significantly more.
