Hi everyone! My name is Rachel, I am a Chicago-native but Dallas is my home! After 20 years in corporate I decided I wanted to do something different and now my mission is to provide the best customer service in the HVAC space as possible. In my free time I love to spend time with my fur-babies and find new local places with friends!
