Stephen is the managing director of Varsity Zone of Urbandale, bringing more than 15 years of experience to the HVAC industry. As a Master HVAC professional, Stephen is committed to providing quality workmanship and treating every customer's home as if it were his own. He takes pride in helping homeowners feel confident in the work performed and being comfortable in their homes.

Ryan Thacher is the local owner of Varsity Zone HVAC of Urbandale. An Iowan through and through, Ryan built his career around sales, leadership, and developing teams with one simple philosophy: do what you say you're going to do and take care of people the right way.

That same philosophy is at the heart of Varsity Zone HVAC. Ryan believes homeowners shouldn't have to wonder whether someone will show up, whether they're getting an honest recommendation, or whether a company will stand behind its work. His goal is to build a local HVAC company known for being responsive, trustworthy, and easy to do business with.

For Ryan, Varsity Zone is about more than heating and cooling. It's about building a company his family can be proud of, creating a great place for people to work, and becoming a business Central Iowa families know they can count on.

Away from the business, Ryan's priorities are his faith and growth of those surrounded by him. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters and son and is heavily involved in youth sports. Whether he's at the shop, on a ballfield, or spending time with family, Ryan believes in showing up, working hard, and doing things the right way.
