    We started Varsity Zone HVAC of Fishers with one simple goal: to bring honesty, reliability, and community-focused service back into the HVAC industry.

    John Babcock owns the local Varsity Zone. After living in Carmel and Fishers for over a decade, he saw too many families and businesses struggle with the same problems when it came to heating and cooling — long wait times, companies that pushed unnecessary repairs, and service that felt more transactional than personal. He knew there was a better way to serve our neighbors.

    For us, this isn’t just about fixing air conditioners or furnaces. It’s about making sure families are comfortable in their homes year-round, and doing it with the care and respect
