“Great Experience”
My experience with Varsity Zone HVAC has been absolutely excellent. For several years, the furnace would shut off from overheating and the A/C runs longer each year. So, it had been time for a new heating and cooling system.
Jesse came out to do the initial quote and was extremely knowledgeable. He laid out the options and made a recommendation based on what I needed, not what had the highest price tag. A lot of HVAC reps can be a little stiff; Jesse was enjoyable to work with and still professional about it.
John followed up the next day to see if I had any questions. There were a few items I needed clarified and he walked me through everything with patience. The price was competitive and attractive, in-line with other quotes I received.
The week after, Cody and Jesse came to do the installation. Everything looks fantastic after they got done (the GE units look pretty sleek). Cleaned up nicely, took the units to the curb for a recycling company to pick up, and did not leave anything behind.
There were a couple of small items that I was concerned about, and they sent somebody the next day (I think that it would have been sooner, but I expressed that it was not an emergency). All of the concerns were answered/addressed beyond expectation.
Overall, a fantastic experience and I look forward to having Varsity Zone Fishers out to help with more in the future.
