Carl Steinmann leads Varsity Zone HVAC with a servant’s heart and a sharp eye for quality. With a deep belief in doing things the right way, Carl focuses on building a team that puts people first — delivering honest, expert service that keeps homes safe, comfortable, and efficient.

Off the job, Carl loves spending time with his wife and three children, playing golf, hanging out on the lake, and proudly serving on the volunteer team at his local church.

With 28 years of HVAC experience, Justin brings a powerful combination of technical expertise, business leadership, and a commitment to doing things the right way. He began his career through a rigorous apprenticeship, earning his Journeyman license in California before becoming a licensed Mechanical Contractor in North Carolina.

For 20 years, Justin owned and operated a successful residential HVAC company, specializing in high-efficiency system replacements, complex diagnostics, and precision repairs. A troubleshooter at heart, he takes pride in identifying solutions others may overlook.

Justin’s service in the United States Marine Corps helped shape the values he brings to his work every day: integrity, discipline, accountability, and service to others.

Outside of HVAC, Justin is a proud father of three daughters and owner of two rescue dogs. Whether solving a challenging system issue or leading a team, his goal is simple: deliver exceptional work, earn the customer’s trust, and leave things better than he found them.
